What guarantees do you offer?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with industry-leading guarantees:
- 30 years against rot on all timbers.
- 10 years on paint and ironmongery (depending on location)
- 5 years on glazed units
What areas do you cover?
Our bread and butter work covers Leeds, York, and Harrogate and all surrounding villages, but we serve most of the UK for the right projects. We’re based in Sherburn in Elmet, perfectly positioned for Yorkshire properties.
Do you come out to site to do a survey?
Yes, we offer free surveys once we know you’re serious about ordering. If it’s complicated for you to send sizes and images, we’ll survey before providing your estimate to ensure accuracy.
What timbers do you use?
A: Our main timber is Accoya (exceptional durability), followed by Redgrandis and Sapele. We also offer oak, though the paint guarantee is shorter. All timber is selected for longevity.
What U-values do your windows achieve?
Our windows are independently tested and certified for excellent thermal performance:
- U-value of 1.2 in Accoya timber
- U-value of 1.3 in hardwood
Both exceed current building regulations for energy efficiency.
